This Aluminum Plastic Separation Recycling Machine was successfully installed and commissioned at a customer site in Turkey. The complete line is designed for recycling aluminum-plastic composite materials such as aluminum-plastic panels, medical blister packs, and composite pipes. The system includes a double-shaft shredder for primary size reduction, a hammer crusher and water-cooled turbo mill for fine crushing, followed by precise air separation and electrostatic separation to efficiently extract pure aluminum and high-quality plastic powder. Supporting equipment such as vibrating screens, conveyors, and a pulse dust-removal system ensures clean, stable, and continuous operation.
By combining mechanical shredding, controlled crushing, and high-voltage electrostatic separation, the plant achieves high recovery rates and excellent separation purity. This solution enables customers to turn aluminum-plastic waste into valuable resources while reducing environmental impact and waste volume.
