Recently, a prominent recycling firm in Uzbekistan successfully commissioned our high-performance ACP Sheet Stripping Machine, also known as an ACP Sheet separator, significantly enhancing their aluminum-plastic recovery rate. The customer was seeking a 100% aluminum–plastic separation solution for processing large volumes of composite panels and ultimately selected our system featuring advanced heat-assisted peeling technology. This technology ensures complete separation of the aluminum sheets from the polyethylene core, avoiding the material loss often caused by traditional grinding methods.

Through a combination of air separation and high-efficiency electrostatic separation, the system accurately divides aluminum and plastic, converting waste composites into valuable raw materials.
