The customer was seeking a 100% aluminum–plastic separation solution for processing large volumes of composite panels and ultimately selected our system featuring advanced heat-assisted peeling technology. This technology ensures complete separation of the aluminum sheets from the polyethylene core, avoiding the material loss often caused by traditional grinding methods.
At a recycling site in Malaysia, SUNY GROUP’s aluminum plastic laminated foils recycling machine is operating efficiently, converting mixed aluminum–plastic waste into high-purity reusable materials. The system applies advanced dry physical separation, eliminating the need for water washing, chemicals, or thermal treatment. Through a precise combination of crushing, fine milling, rotary vibration screening, and high-voltage electrostatic separation, aluminum and plastic are cleanly divided with a purity level exceeding 99%. A fully enclosed structure with automatic dust collection keeps the production environment clean and compliant with environmental standards.
This Aluminum Plastic Separation Recycling Machine was successfully installed and commissioned at a customer site in Turkey. The complete line is designed for recycling aluminum-plastic composite materials such as aluminum-plastic panels, medical blister packs, and composite pipes. The system includes a double-shaft shredder for primary size reduction, a hammer crusher and water-cooled turbo mill for fine crushing, followed by precise air separation and electrostatic separation to efficiently extract pure aluminum and high-quality plastic powder. Supporting equipment such as vibrating screens, conveyors, and a pulse dust-removal system ensures clean, stable, and continuous operation.
In Turkey, a complete Aluminum Composite Panels (ACP) Recycling Plant designed and supplied by SUNY GROUP has been successfully installed and put into operation. The facility is tailored for processing waste ACP materials, aluminum-plastic pipes, and medical blister packaging. The line begins with a double-shaft shredder that breaks large ACP panels into manageable pieces, followed by a hammer crusher and a water-cooled turbo mill that further refine the material into fine powder. Through a combination of air separation and high-efficiency electrostatic separation, the system accurately divides aluminum and plastic, converting waste composites into valuable raw materials.
At a recycling facility in Australia, SUNY GROUP’s aluminum plastic composite recycling line is designed for processing aluminum plastic panels, composite pipes, and medical blister materials running steadily, transforming mixed aluminum plastic waste into valuable reusable materials.
In South Korea, a long-term partner of SUNY GROUP expanded its recycling capacity with a large-scale aluminum plastic composite recycling line. The system was designed for high-volume processing of aluminum composite panels and laminated materials. It features a double-shaft shredder for pre-crushing, followed by a knife crusher that reduces the material to around 10 mm. The finely ground mixture is then processed through a water-cooled turbo grinder and separated via a rotary screen and electrostatic separator. This setup ensures efficient size reduction, consistent purity, and full recovery of both aluminum and plastic.
