SUNY GROUP provides customized recycling solutions for paper-plastic composite waste, including beverage cartons, milk bags, paper cups, PE-coated paper, kraft paper bags, and similar materials. The system separates paper fibers and plastic into reusable material streams, reducing waste while improving recovery value.

The recycling process typically includes feeding, paper-plastic separation, pulping, impurity removal, dewatering, filtration, and plastic recovery. A horizontal paper-plastic separator releases the paper fibers from the plastic layer, while subsequent separation and filtration remove impurities and reduce moisture. The recovered paper can be processed into pulp, while the plastic fraction can be further cleaned, dried, and pelletized for use in plastic manufacturing.

A complete system can include a feeding conveyor, paper-plastic separator, pulp-slag separator, pulp dewatering machine, filter press, water pumps, discharge conveyor, and PLC control system. Process water can also be recycled within the system to reduce water consumption and wastewater discharge.

With capacities configurable from 300 to 2,000 kg/h, the equipment can be adapted to different feedstock characteristics, processing volumes, and output requirements. SUNY GROUP provides complete recycling lines as well as customized configurations for specific applications.
