Aluminum Composite Panels (ACP) are lightweight and durable, making them popular in construction, advertising, interior decoration, and industry. However, large amounts of ACP waste are generated by renovation, sign replacement, and manufacturing. Because ACP sheets have aluminum bonded with plastic layers, they cannot be recycled like ordinary metal scrap. Efficient separation technology is essential to recover valuable aluminum and reusable plastic materials.

The ACP Recycling Line is specially designed to process aluminum composite panels, aluminum-plastic boards, laminated sheets, and similar composite waste materials. Through a combination of shredding, crushing, grinding, and airflow separation, the system can efficiently separate aluminum from plastic without chemical treatment. The final output includes high-purity aluminum powder and plastic material that can be reused in further manufacturing applications.

A complete ACP recycling plant typically includes a double shaft shredder, hammer crusher, grinding mill, airflow separator, vibrating screening system, and pulse dust collection unit. The material is first shredded into smaller pieces and then crushed for further size reduction. After crushing, the material enters the grinding and separation section, where the aluminum and plastic are gradually separated by their distinct physical properties. For higher recovery efficiency and improved fineness, some systems are equipped with dual grinding and screening units, allowing the material to be processed more thoroughly and improving the purity of the final products.

Our 1T/H ACP Recycling Line customized for an Indian customer is designed as an integrated recycling solution with stable performance and continuous operation. The system can process approximately 800–1000 kg of ACP sheets per hour and is also suitable for similar composite materials such as aluminum-plastic panels and certain PCB waste materials.
