The system includes a double-shaft shredder for primary size reduction, a hammer crusher and water-cooled turbo mill for fine crushing, followed by precise air separation and electrostatic separation to efficiently extract pure aluminum and high-quality plastic powder. Supporting equipment such as vibrating screens, conveyors, and a pulse dust-removal system ensures clean, stable, and continuous operation.
By combining mechanical shredding, controlled crushing, and high-voltage electrostatic separation, the plant achieves high recovery rates and excellent separation purity.
