The line begins with a double-shaft shredder that breaks large ACP panels into manageable pieces, followed by a hammer crusher and a water-cooled turbo mill that further refine the material into fine powder. Through a combination of air separation and high-efficiency electrostatic separation, the system accurately divides aluminum and plastic, converting waste composites into valuable raw materials.
