In Turkey, a complete Aluminum Composite Panels (ACP) Recycling Plant designed and supplied by SUNY GROUP has been successfully installed and put into operation. The facility is tailored for processing waste ACP materials, aluminum-plastic pipes, and medical blister packaging. The line begins with a double-shaft shredder that breaks large ACP panels into manageable pieces, followed by a hammer crusher and a water-cooled turbo mill that further refine the material into fine powder. Through a combination of air separation and high-efficiency electrostatic separation, the system accurately divides aluminum and plastic, converting waste composites into valuable raw materials.
The customer praised the plant for its stable performance, low environmental impact, and well-engineered workflow. Supporting equipment—including vibrating screens, pulse dust collectors, and conveyors—keeps the production process clean, continuous, and highly automated.
