1. Shredding and Crushing

2. Grinding and Screening
The crushed material is finely ground and screened to achieve a uniform particle size, which is critical for high-precision separation in later stages.

3. Airflow Separation
Air classification separates materials based on weight differences, with lighter plastic carried away while heavier aluminum particles remain.

4. Electrostatic Separation
This is the core technology of the system, using conductivity differences to separate conductive aluminum from non-conductive plastic, with high-quality systems achieving up to 99% aluminum recovery.

5. Dust Collection System
A negative-pressure dust removal system ensures a clean working environment, prevents secondary pollution, and complies with environmental standards.
