The ACP Sheet Stripping Machine is a high-efficiency recycling solution for separating aluminum and plastic layers from aluminum composite panels (ACP). Using controlled thermal peeling technology, it softens the adhesive layer between aluminum and plastic, enabling clean, complete separation without damaging the materials.

With a separation rate of up to 99%, the recovered aluminum and plastic retain high reuse value, supporting sustainable recycling through a fully dry, non-polluting process.This machine is ideal for recycling aluminum–plastic composite materials such as ACP boards, decorative panels, advertising sheets, and construction cladding. With a processing capacity of 200–600 kg/h (2–6 tons per day), it perfectly suits small and medium recycling plants.

The system operates through precise heating—using liquefied gas or electric heating—to soften the bonding layer. Once the preset temperature is reached, aluminum and plastic layers naturally detach and can be easily separated manually or mechanically.
