Recently, a prominent recycling firm in Uzbekistan successfully commissioned our high-performance ACP Sheet Stripping Machine, also known as an ACP Sheet separator, significantly enhancing their aluminum-plastic recovery rate. The customer was seeking a 100% aluminum–plastic separation solution for processing large volumes of composite panels and ultimately selected our system featuring advanced heat-assisted peeling technology. This technology ensures complete separation of the aluminum sheets from the polyethylene core, avoiding the material loss often caused by traditional grinding methods.

The installation and commissioning were completed ahead of schedule, allowing the client to quickly secure a leading position in their regional market.
