Our Turkish customer adopted the Paper Plastic Recycling Equipment to process waste materials such as beverage cartons, milk bags, paper cups, PE coated paper, and kraft paper bags. After installation and operation, the customer was very satisfied with the equipment’s stable performance and high separation efficiency. The system effectively separates paper fiber from plastic or aluminum-plastic composites, producing clean paper pulp for papermaking and recyclable plastic film for reuse.
The complete line includes a feeding conveyor, horizontal paper-plastic separator, pulp-slag separator, dewatering machine, and pulp filter press, all controlled by a PLC system for easy operation and water-saving circulation. The customer praised the system’s reliable quality, simple maintenance, and intelligent design.
