The system effectively separates paper fiber from plastic or aluminum-plastic composites, producing clean paper pulp for papermaking and recyclable plastic film for reuse.
Our Algerian customer successfully installed the Aluminum Plastic Recycling Machine for processing aluminum plastic composites such as pharmaceutical blister packs, aluminum plastic films, and toothpaste tubes. The customer praised the machine’s outstanding stability, high efficiency, and precise separation performance. With advanced crushing, grinding, and electrostatic separation technologies, the system achieved a 99% separation purity, allowing clean aluminum and plastic to be completely recovered and reused.
