The system applies advanced dry physical separation, eliminating the need for water washing, chemicals, or thermal treatment. Through a precise combination of crushing, fine milling, rotary vibration screening, and high-voltage electrostatic separation, aluminum and plastic are cleanly divided with a purity level exceeding 99%. A fully enclosed structure with automatic dust collection keeps the production environment clean and compliant with environmental standards.
