The system combines a double-shaft shredder for rough cutting, a hammer crusher for secondary size reduction, and a water-cooled turbo mill for ultra-fine grinding. Each stage works seamlessly under intelligent control to ensure stable operation and high output. Through precise electrostatic separation, clean aluminum and plastic powders are recovered, while the dust collection and screening systems keep the process clean and efficient.
