In South Korea, a long-term partner of SUNY GROUP expanded its recycling capacity with a large-scale aluminum plastic composite recycling line. The system was designed for high-volume processing of aluminum composite panels and laminated materials. It features a double-shaft shredder for pre-crushing, followed by a knife crusher that reduces the material to around 10 mm. The finely ground mixture is then processed through a water-cooled turbo grinder and separated via a rotary screen and electrostatic separator. This setup ensures efficient size reduction, consistent purity, and full recovery of both aluminum and plastic.

The customer praised the line’s durability, precision, and automation level, which allowed continuous and stable operation with minimal maintenance.
