At a recycling site in Malaysia, SUNY GROUP’s aluminum plastic laminated foils recycling machine is operating efficiently, converting mixed aluminum–plastic waste into high-purity reusable materials. The system applies advanced dry physical separation, eliminating the need for water washing, chemicals, or thermal treatment. Through a precise combination of crushing, fine milling, rotary vibration screening, and high-voltage electrostatic separation, aluminum and plastic are cleanly divided with a purity level exceeding 99%. A fully enclosed structure with automatic dust collection keeps the production environment clean and compliant with environmental standards.
In Turkey, a complete Aluminum Composite Panels (ACP) Recycling Plant designed and supplied by SUNY GROUP has been successfully installed and put into operation. The facility is tailored for processing waste ACP materials, aluminum-plastic pipes, and medical blister packaging. The line begins with a double-shaft shredder that breaks large ACP panels into manageable pieces, followed by a hammer crusher and a water-cooled turbo mill that further refine the material into fine powder. Through a combination of air separation and high-efficiency electrostatic separation, the system accurately divides aluminum and plastic, converting waste composites into valuable raw materials.
At a recycling facility in Australia, SUNY GROUP’s aluminum plastic composite recycling line is designed for processing aluminum plastic panels, composite pipes, and medical blister materials running steadily, transforming mixed aluminum plastic waste into valuable reusable materials.
In South Korea, a long-term partner of SUNY GROUP expanded its recycling capacity with a large-scale aluminum plastic composite recycling line. The system was designed for high-volume processing of aluminum composite panels and laminated materials. It features a double-shaft shredder for pre-crushing, followed by a knife crusher that reduces the material to around 10 mm. The finely ground mixture is then processed through a water-cooled turbo grinder and separated via a rotary screen and electrostatic separator. This setup ensures efficient size reduction, consistent purity, and full recovery of both aluminum and plastic.
A customer in Japan purchased the Medical Blister Recycling Machine for recycling pharmaceutical blister packs, aluminum plastic medical capsules plates, and other laminated medical packaging materials. After installation and production, the customer praised the equipment’s excellent separation performance, high stability, and energy efficiency. Using advanced crushing, grinding, and electrostatic separation technology, the system efficiently separates aluminum from plastic, achieving a purity rate of up to 99%.
Our Turkish customer adopted the Paper Plastic Recycling Equipment to process waste materials such as beverage cartons, milk bags, paper cups, PE coated paper, and kraft paper bags. After installation and operation, the customer was very satisfied with the equipment’s stable performance and high separation efficiency. The system effectively separates paper fiber from plastic or aluminum-plastic composites, producing clean paper pulp for papermaking and recyclable plastic film for reuse.
