The Milk Cartons / Tetra Pak Recycling Line is specifically engineered to address these challenges through a professional mechanical separation process. Using optimized fiber liberation and physical separation technology, the system efficiently processes beverage cartons and similar multilayer packaging, enabling the clean separation of paper pulp, plastic film, and aluminum foil. The recovered pulp can be packed and reused in papermaking applications, while the plastic film is suitable for plastic granulation, and the aluminum fraction can be further processed into aluminum granules or secondary aluminum products.

Designed with municipal recycling plants and centralized waste treatment facilities in mind, this recycling line provides a practical pathway for meeting 2026 collection and recycling targets. By transforming difficult-to-recycle carton waste into marketable secondary raw materials, operators can significantly reduce landfill dependency, improve overall recycling rates, and align with increasingly stringent environmental regulations.
