Our machine is engineered for high-efficiency separation of pulp, plastics, and aluminum from composite materials such as Tetra Pak cartons, beverage cartons, PE-coated paper, paper cups, kraft bags, woven bags, and mixed paper–plastic waste. With more than 20 years of experience, we customize each system according to material characteristics, processing capacity, and desired end products.
The line integrates shredding, pulping, separation, dewatering, and filtration to convert waste composites into reusable fiber and clean plastic flakes. Material enters the Horizontal Paper–Plastic Separator, where high-speed rotation, water mixing, and friction between blade assemblies and sieve plates break fiber bonds and achieve strong separation. Adjustable spindle clearance allows flexible processing of different composite structures.
Separated pulp moves to the Pulp-Slag Separator, which removes light and heavy impurities while preventing sieve blockage. It further decomposes remaining paper pieces into fibers, reducing manual cleaning and ensuring continuous operation. Tailings after sorting contain no recoverable fiber and meet environmental discharge requirements. The Pulp Dewatering Machine and optional Pulp Filter Press then handle water removal, forming high-dryness pulp boards and recycling clean water back into the system.
Plastics, aluminum-plastic films, and solid residues are discharged through the conveyor for further treatment. The entire production line is controlled automatically through a PLC cabinet, supported by water-circulation pumps that maintain stable processing and reduce wastewater.
Recovered pulp can be used to produce wrapping paper, corrugated paper, envelopes, fruit-protecting paper, pulp boards, and tissue products, while recycled plastics can be molded into daily-use items. With strong separation performance, continuous non-blocking operation, and durable construction, our recycling line is an ideal solution for Tetra Pak recovery, poly-coated paper recycling, and mixed paper–plastic–aluminum sorting in modern recycling facilities.
