The system includes a Feeding Conveyor, Horizontal Paper-Plastic Separator, Pulp-Slag Separator, Pulp Dewatering Machine, Pulp Filter Press, and Discharging Conveyor, all controlled by a PLC system and supported by dual water pumps for circulation. During operation, materials are first separated in the Horizontal Separator; pulp fibers are then refined in the Pulp-Slag Separator and dehydrated through the Dewatering Machine and Filter Press to form high-dryness pulp cakes. Meanwhile, the separated plastic film or aluminum-plastic film is discharged for reuse. The process runs automatically, efficiently, and safely, minimizing manual labor and ensuring clean production.
