The Diaper Recycling Machine is a specialized system developed to process expired, defective, or waste baby diapers and sanitary napkins. It efficiently separates and recovers super absorbent polymer (SAP), fluff pulp, non-woven fabric, and PE plastic film. This recycling solution handles a wide range of waste sources, including expired diapers, second-grade products, and production scraps from diaper manufacturing lines. (Note: recovered materials are not used for producing new diapers.)

Through an integrated process of shredding, screening, and multi-stage separation, the system achieves precise and clean recovery. Its key components — including a directional screening unit, fluff pulp extractor, and SAP filtering system — ensure stable operation, high output quality, and maximum material utilization.

The recovered SAP can be reused in pet training pads, agricultural substrates, and absorbent materials. The separated fluff pulp is ideal for tissue production, paper products, or as a filler for insulation and soundproofing materials. Recovered plastics and non-woven fabrics can be applied in waste-to-energy projects or thermal recycling.
