Our baby diaper recycling line is designed specifically for unused and expired baby diapers and sanitary pads, providing a complete automated solution that converts B-grade products into valuable raw materials. The process begins with a soft-material cutting machine that disintegrates diapers and pads, preparing them for efficient downstream treatment. The pre-processed material is then delivered by conveyor into a high-torque shredder for further size reduction, ensuring uniform fragmentation before separation.

After shredding, the system uses an air-separation module to extract PE film, nonwoven fabric, and fluffy pulp, forming clean bale-ready fractions. The remaining mixed material enters a two-stage SAP separation system—Horizontal SAP Separator + Vertical SAP Separator—which efficiently removes super absorbent polymer from fiber and plastic residues. This dual separation ensures high-purity, clean SAP suitable for direct resale and industrial reuse.

The entire line operates under an intelligent PLC control system, enabling stable, continuous processing with reduced labor requirements. Designed for diaper factories, recycling plants, and material recovery centers, this line supports sustainable production by recovering reusable materials including SAP, pulp, PE film, elastic, and nonwoven components.
